Through my working live I have had a lots of experience in lots of areas especially in nursing and hospitality. I was born in Germany and my first career was in nursing including public health and private care. Secondly, I have an academic background in Pedagogy and Social Science. Thirdly, I possess a calm, centred personality. Holding 20 years work experience in intensive care units, I have a flair for working in challenging environments. I have proven ability in handling stressful situations, dissipating tension whilst remaining positive, thinking clearly and logically. I am a people-person and I am an inclusive, team player with the ability to follow instructions however, if required I am able to readily take the lead. Being a natural at problem-solving, I have adopted numerous leadership roles formally and informally, throughout my working life. Indeed, I thrive thinking outside the square. ^& ^&I am a passionate swimmer and for example, if someone is interested could teach them how to swim. I am a music and movie lover and volunteered / worked for over 10 years at the Byron Community Centre and know what great events are on. I am into health / and healthy food and could teach a person how to look after their health. ^&
