I was motivated to become a Social Carer because of a profound experience back home with a student who had a disability. Initially, I thought it would be too hard, but he unknowingly changed me, teaching me the importance of connection and making our time together enjoyable. Additionally, caring for my grandparents before they passed away was one of the most rewarding experiences of my life, and they told me, "If you miss us when we're gone, remember that every time you care for someone like us, you are caring for us," which has deeply inspired me to pursue this path. I am passionate about helping others and have developed strong problem-solving skills through my experiences in customer service and personal caregiving. My hobbies include keeping places clean and tidy, which reflects my attention to detail and dedication to creating a comfortable environment. I enjoy creating engaging activities and connecting with both children and adults, making me empathetic and attentive to the needs of those I care for. I have a strong background in customer service, which has honed my communication and problem-solving skills. My personal experience in caregiving for both children and elderly family members has taught me empathy, patience, and the importance of building meaningful connections. Additionally, I take pride in maintaining clean and tidy spaces, which contributes to a positive and comfortable environment for those I care for.
